The brick-work church in Millen, build approximately around 1000 belongs to the oldest buildings in the county. Later Benedikt-monks established (12th century) a Pobstei. At that time the rectangular hall construction with flat timber roof was extended by a Quirinus-chapel for the "Kleriker" and a side building for the municipality.

In the Qurinius chapel reliquary wooden figures of the 15th and 16th century, the book on the picture from 17th century.

The west church steeple was build in 17th century (1659). The two old bells have the engravements of 1320 and 1477. A door the southern side (9th or 10th century) has been closed. The two door posts are still visible.

You find the church in the historical center of the village Millen next to the netherlands border
